  9. New Features
  10. . displays PICT/PNTG files 'PowerLock TimeOutScreen' and 'PowerLock StartUpScreen'
  11. . can be licenced to individuals & displays persons name on startup

  13. . if we had a shutdown prior to current launch, only allow one attempt at password
